Influence of moist-curing on the compressive strength of concrete according to the environment where it is cured. It can be seen that there is an important difference when the concrete is cured continuously during the entire hardening process compared to when this curing process is partially done.

In the following link (spanish article) "Influence of time and the temperature in the resistance of the concrete" it is presented the formulas to calculate the evolution of the resistance of the concrete as a function of time.

In particular, it is highly dependent on temperature. In general, according to the Eurocode in the formula provided in its appendix B, temperatures below 20ºC slow down the evolution of resistance and temperatures above 20ºC accelerate it.
